Business and Staff Services
Provides financial management, payroll/personnel, purchasing, training and professional development services to all units of Facilities, Planning and Management.
Campus Planning and Landscape Architecture
Works with faculty, staff, students and the surrounding urban community on physical planning issues, including implementaiton of the Campus Master Plan.
Capital Planning and Development
Manages the coordination and construction of campus projects over $150,000. Most of our projects fall in the range of $20 million to $200 million.
Environment Health and Safety
Provides guidance, technical consultations, and expertise to the campus community in the areas of biological, chemical, radiation, fire, environmental and occupational safety.

Physical Plant
Responsible for the maintenance of campus buildings, vehicles, grounds and utilities. Design resources, construction trades and specialized facilities services are available for departmental requests.
Space Management Office
Collects, maintains and analyzes information about University space use. The office coordinates the allocation and reassignment of existing space and participates in the planning for modified or new space.
Transportation Services
Responsible for providing innovative transportation solutions that serve and support the University. Objective is to sustain and strengthen cutting edge transportation programs.
